Services
We sort the tech problems that interrupt work. We assess every request before committing, so you get an honest answer about whether and how we can help.
-
Email problems
When email stops doing what it should.
- Email that won’t send, arrive or sync
- Messages landing in customers’ spam
- Setting up email on a new phone or laptop
- A full mailbox, or messages that seem to have disappeared
-
Devices, software and accounts
Settings in the tools you use every day.
- Two-step verification and account recovery
- Sharing files, folders and calendars with your team
- Adding or removing people when someone joins or leaves
- Connecting a printer or device on supported, working hardware
- Setting up a new laptop with your accounts and the apps you already own
- Checking a laptop for malware and cleaning it up, after we’ve assessed it
- A tool that has stopped working the way it used to
Malware help starts with an assessment, then a quote. We work remotely or, where offered, on a visit; we don’t currently collect or return devices.
-
Apps and online tools
Booking, payment, listing and social media tools, set up and working.
- Setting up an online booking tool
- Payment links for deposits and invoices
- Correcting your hours and details on Google and other listings
- Connecting social media accounts and fixing profile links
- Setting up a tool to schedule posts
- Uploading posts, images or videos you’ve already prepared
- Connecting tools so customers can find you, book and pay
Third-party tools can have their own subscription or transaction fees. We name these in your quote. For social media we do the technical setup only: we don’t write content or run accounts or campaigns.
-
Website faults
When something on your existing website isn’t working.
- Contact forms that don’t send, or send to the wrong place
- “Not secure” warnings and certificate problems
- Pages that are hard to use on a phone
- Wrong or out-of-date details
Some fixes depend on your website platform or hosting provider. We check this before quoting.
-
Ask a tech expert
Practical advice on one focused question, agreed before we start.
- Choosing a laptop or software for your work and budget
- Repair, upgrade or replace?
- Business email, domain, hosting, booking or payment tools
- Backups, account security or a suspicious message
- How your existing tools work together
You get a clear recommendation, simple next steps and a short written recap on your request. Setting anything up is quoted separately.
Remote help, and visits where available
- Remote help
Most problems can be sorted remotely, in one of three ways: we talk you through it on the phone, you give us access to the account or tool involved, or we use remote help on your device. Remote help only happens with your consent, in a session you start and approve, and you can end it at any time. Your quote says which way we’ll do it. You never need to share a password.
- Visits
-
We don’t currently offer visits. If a problem needs someone on site, we’ll tell you before quoting.
- Timing
After we’ve assessed a request, suitable jobs may take one to two hours of work. We don’t promise to arrive or finish within a set time of first contact; the timing is in your quote.
What isn’t included
We focus on everyday tech problems with a clear, agreed scope. We don’t promise outcomes we can’t control, such as how other providers’ systems behave. Some requests aren’t a good fit. When that happens we say so and, where we can, suggest where to go instead.
Clear prices. Clearly defined tasks fit one of our fixed-price pilot packages. Everything else gets a written quote listing what’s included, what isn’t, the timing and any third-party costs.
