What the app is planned to do
The same simple journey, on your phone. Free to download and use for:
- Reading tips and troubleshooting guides.
- Describing a problem and asking for help.
- Requesting an appointment, or booking an available time.
- Receiving and approving a clear quote.
- Paying for agreed work.
- Getting progress updates and confirmation when it’s done.
- Finding previous requests and receipts.
A free app doesn’t mean free work. Using the app and the guides will be free. Technical work is paid, and you’ll always see the scope, price and terms before you approve or pay.

Available on this website. No payment, account or contact details needed.
- Asking for help
Available on this website, using the request form. No account or app needed.
- Updates by email
Available. We email you when there’s news, with a private link to your request.
- Appointments
Online booking isn’t available yet. When the work needs a set time, we agree it with you by email.
- Online payment
Not available yet. We arrange payment with you directly after you approve a quote.
- Pilot packages
- Quick task: £29.99, up to 20 minutes of work on one agreed task.
- Small fix: £69, up to 1 hour of work on one agreed task.
- Deeper fix: £119, up to 2 hours of work on one agreed task.
