Try free help, or have us sort it
Many common problems have a free guide. If you’d rather not, or it doesn’t work, we take it from there.
Agree scope, price and timing
We review the request and reply in writing with what we’ll do, the price, when we’ll do it, and anything excluded. If we need more detail, we ask first.
Approve, or pay as agreed
Nothing starts until you approve. Your quote says whether you approve it, or approve it by paying.
Get the completed result
We do the agreed work and confirm what was done, in plain English. We contact you only if we need access or a decision.
How long it takes
After we’ve assessed a request, suitable jobs may take one to two hours of work. The timing is always in your quote; we don’t promise a fix within a set time of first contact.
When we’ll need you
Mostly, we won’t. We come back to you when the work needs access to an account or tool (we arrange this safely, usually by asking you to invite us as a user), or a decision only you can make.
How you’ll hear from us
By email, with a private link to your request where you can see your quote and updates. You don’t need to keep checking it; we tell you when there’s news.
